CLASS SCHEDULE
The American Heart Association, CDC and other leading bodies recommend that children and teens 6 and older get at least one hour of moderate- to vigorous-intensity activity per day.

Glitch Fitness provides kids and teens with a fun and engaging way to participate in physical activities that are appropriate for their age, while getting them into the healthy habit of regular exercise.

Mondays - 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Tuesdays - 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Wednesdays - 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Thursdays - 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Saturdays - 10am to 11am
Saturdays - 2pm to 3pm
Sundays - 10am to 11am (location varies)
