Strength Training is designed to teach the fundamentals of lifting weights for athletic strength and power.
There will be less emphasis on cardiovascular training and more on muscle growth.
The classes will be circuit style weight training classes modeled after the athlete strength training classes conducted at GLITCH Fitness.
Weight lifting techniques and strength building exercises will be used to increase athletic strength and power.
