FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What should my child wear for class?

Your child should always wear clean, comfortable clothing to class. Shoes must be athletic shoes and have closed toes and socks must be worn as well. Lastly, as a father of four boys, I must also insist that your child wear deodorant (I am sure you can guess why).

What should my child bring to class?

Your child should bring FOUR things to class: a water bottle, a mask, a small towel for sweat, and a larger full sized towel to lay down for floor exercises.

What should my child leave at home?

Any valuables you don't want lost or stolen. This may include, but is not limited too; cell phone, headphones, AirPods, jewelry, watches, sports equipment, backpacks, toys, handheld electronics. Glitch Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Are your classes insured?

We are fully insured for your child's safety and for ours as well.

Is there a particular time frame that we have to sign up for classes?

There isn't a set enrollment period for class signups.  We operate classes year round and you may join your child at any time (provided the class isn't full).  Please keep in mind though, the sooner you sign up and reserve your class spot the better.  We have strict class sizes set for your child's safety and to make sure that we have a small class environment.  Once classes fill up, they are full.

How do I tell my friends and family about you or contact you with further questions I may have?

The best way to let your friends know about us and what we do is to refer them to our website. You may also have them contact us by email at info@glitchfitness.com or call/text us at (702) 981-8737.

Do you offer any discounts?

Our goal is to make quality classes about fitness, health and nutrition available to all children/teens in the Las Vegas Valley.  To do this, we try to make our prices as low as we possibly can and we try to offer further discounts.  Please don't hesitate to ask. Discounts can only be applied to regularly priced products and they cannot be stacked with other discounts.

What if the class I want to enroll my child in is full?

This happens from time to time. It is very common with classes that are offered at premium time slots and days.  Your best option is to book another class that might not be your first choice and ask to be put on the waitlist for the class that you want.  When the class becomes available, we will call parents on the wait list in the order they were added to ask if they are still interested.

Are your teachers qualified?

All instructors at GLITCH Fitness are certified personal trainers and are thoroughly background checked. In addition, They are required to carry personal liability insurance and many have multiple years working with children.

Can parents watch?

At this time we are unable to allow parents to stay and watch. In the future we hope to change this so that you may see how we work with your children.

What can I do while I am waiting for my child to finish class?

There are many things that parents can do to make use of their time while their child is in class with us. Many parents choose to sit in their car and read, check social media, or do office work on their laptop. You can also do some grocery shopping at the Walmart shopping center less than a half mile away.  The best option, in my opinion, is to go on a walk around our location and get some exercise in as well *wink, wink*

What is your ratio of children to coaches?

We have a maximum of a 10 to1 ratio in all of our classes.  In some classes it is much less.  We do this to purposely keep classes small. This affords us the best opportunity to connect closely with your child and ensure that they are exercising safely and learning the material.

Do you offer special rates for team conditioning?

Yes we do!  Many teams like to have set days per week where they reserve an hour session for their team to condition and strength train. We offer special hourly rates and work directly with the coaching staffs of multiple softball, baseball, and soccer teams to organize and execute their team conditioning practices. Please reach out to us for more information!
