JUNIOR CLASSES
Ages 5-8

This class focuses on the very basics of movement in a fun and interactive atmosphere.
 
The classes are developed around the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) concept using
engaging games to incorporate:
  • strength
  • agility
  • cardiovascular exercises

Light weights, body-weight movements with an emphasis on proper form, moderate cardio exercises, and fun movement games will strengthen both the muscles and the cardiovascular system. The development of basic motor skills, balance, proprioception (the sense through which we perceive the position and movement of our body), nutrition and mindset coaching will be addressed to prepare each child to move up to the next level.
