This program will allow parents and children to commit to a fitness and nutrition program that will last for 6 weeks.
You and your child(ren) will come once per week for a parent/child workout (geared toward the child’s fitness level) and one time per week for a nutrition class that will cover the basics of family nutrition with tips and tricks for easy implementation.
