TEEN CLASSES
Ages 13-18

This class will bring all the basic concepts of exercises, nutrition, and mindset together to truly challenge and grow the teenage mind and body.

The majority of the class will be focused on
movement.

Team concepts, activities, and challenges will reinforce the importance of working together, inclusion, and the rewards of hard work and concentrated effort.

More emphasis will also be dedicated to encouraging individualized
fitness and health goals at home.
