Join our 3-week Summer Athlete Conditioning Program designed for high school athletes who want to get ready for the upcoming 2024 high school fall sports season.

Get ready for the 2024 high school fall sports season or tryouts with our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) style conditioning classes, modeled after the classes conducted at Glitch Fitness. Perfect for both prospective and current student athletes of any sport, these sessions combine light weights and intense cardio exercises to boost your muscular and cardiovascular strength. Don’t miss out on the chance to elevate your performance and get in peak shape for the season!
 
This is a 3-week program starting on July 22nd and ending on August 9th. Classes are 55 minutes long and will take place 3x per week for 3 weeksParticipants must sign up for the entire 3-week program.

  

Our coaches are certified personal trainers who have extensive experience training teens and local high school athletic teams.

Session Dates:

Classes take place Monday, Wednesday, Friday on the following dates: July 22, 24, 26, 29, 31, August 2, 5, 7, 9.

Available Times:

3:30pm or 4:30pm
