YOUTH CLASSES
Ages 9-12

This class will build on the basics of movement in a fun and interactive atmosphere.
 
The classes are developed around the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) concept incorporating:
  • strength
  • agility
  • cardiovascular exercises
 
Classes will include workouts, games, and challenges making it a fun and engaging experience!

Classes will be more strenuous and the basics of movement will be built upon incorporating more challenging movements, more intense cardiovascular demands, and a greater emphasis on overall body and core strength. More advanced nutritional topics and mindset concepts will be introduced while continuing to challenge minds that are getting ready to enter middle school and puberty.
