This age-appropriate class is designed by certified coaches for kids aged 7 to 12 and focuses on the very basics of movement.
Our interactive classes are developed around the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) concept incorporating:

This class includes workouts, games and challenges making it a fun and engaging experience! We build upon the basics of movement incorporating more challenging movements, more intense cardiovascular demands, and a greater emphasis on overall body and core strength.
More advanced nutritional topics and mindset concepts will be introduced while continuing to challenge developing minds as they approach the age of middle school and puberty.

Mondays - 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Tuesdays - 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Wednesdays - 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Thursdays - 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Saturdays - 10am to 11am
Sundays - 10am to 11am
