ATHLETE CONDITIONING
Intended to supplement sports programming for youth and teens playing competitive sports. Classes are a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style conditioning class created to improve athletic agility, active flexibility, and fundamental strength in movement.  Light to moderate weight lifting and intense cardio exercises will strengthen both the muscles and the cardiovascular system.
