Athlete conditioning classes are designed to supplement sports programming for youth and teens playing competitive sports.

Classes are a
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style conditioning class created to improve
  • athletic agility
  • active flexibility
  • fundamental strength in movement

Light to moderate weight lifting and intense cardio exercises will strengthen both the muscles and the cardiovascular system.
