FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where are you located?
We are located off of S Eastern Ave between E Patrick Ln and E Russell Rd at 5967 Harrison Dr #5, Las Vegas, NV 89120, around the corner from the former Longevity Sports Center. We recommend following Google Maps or planning to arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit so you can be sure to locate us.

What time should we arrive?
For your first class, please arrive 15 minutes before the class time so you can complete the waiver and arrange for payment.

How do we pay?
We accept payments by credit card.

What should my child wear for class?
Your child should always wear clean, comfortable clothing to class. Athletic shoes with closed toes and socks must be worn.
What should my child bring to class?
Your child should bring THREE things to class: a water bottle, a small towel for sweat, and a larger full sized towel to lay down for floor exercises.
What should my child leave at home?
Please leave any valuables at home. This may include, but is not limited too: cell phone, headphones, AirPods, jewelry, watches, sports equipment, backpacks, toys, handheld electronics. Glitch Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

What if the class I want to enroll my child in is full?
This happens from time to time. It is very common with classes that are offered at premium time slots and days. Your best option is to book another class that might not be your first choice and ask to be put on the waitlist for the class that you want. When the class becomes available, we will call parents on the wait list in the order they were added to ask if they are still interested.

Is there a particular time frame that we have to sign up for classes?
There isn't a set enrollment period for class signups. We operate classes year-round and you may join your child at any time (provided the class isn't full). Please keep in mind though, the sooner you sign up and reserve your class spot the better. We have strict class sizes set for your child's safety and to make sure that we have a small class environment. Once classes fill up, they are full.

Are your teachers qualified?
All instructors at GLITCH Fitness are certified personal trainers and have multiple years working with children. In addition, they are required to carry personal liability insurance and are thoroughly background checked.

What is your ratio of children to coaches?
We have an average of 10-12 children in our classes. This affords us the best opportunity to connect closely with your child and ensure that they are exercising safely.

Are your classes insured?
We are fully insured for your child's safety and for ours as well.

Can parents watch?
Due to space restrictions, we operate our programs on a drop-off basis. However, for first-time guests, parents can observe their children in the gym for the first 15 minutes of class.
What can I do while I am waiting for my child to finish class?
There are many things that parents can do to make use of their time while their child is in class with us. Many parents sit in their car and read while they wait. You will also find Sunset Park, Walmart and several restaurants and coffee shops less than a half mile away.

Do you offer special rates for team conditioning for sports teams?
Yes we do! Many sports teams like to have set days per week where they reserve an hour session for their team to condition and strength train. We offer special hourly rates and work directly with the coaching staffs of multiple softball, baseball, and soccer teams to organize and execute their team conditioning practices. Please reach out to us for more information!
