TEAM SUMMER CONDITIONING

The purpose of our Summer Conditioning Camp is to prepare prospective and current players for the upcoming 2021 - 2022 season. Classes will be HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style conditioning. Light weights and intense cardio exercises will strengthen both the muscular and cardiovascular systems.
